DollarPath is not an official tax service. This information is for entertainment purposes only. Nothing shown in the App should be treated as tax, legal, financial, or investment advice, and no figure displayed is a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
INDEPENDENCE
DollarPath is an independent, privately developed app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or produced in association with the IRS, the U.S. Treasury, or any federal, state, or local government agency. Any resemblance to official government tools is purely a matter of subject matter, not affiliation.

Where DollarPath displays government spending or budget figures, that data is drawn from publicly available sources and may be delayed, rounded, incomplete, or later revised by the original source. DollarPath makes reasonable efforts to present this data clearly but does not guarantee its current accuracy.

Privacy Policy
DollarPath is not an official tax service. This information is for entertainment purposes only.
Last updated: [CONFIRM: launch date]
DollarPath does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and nothing you enter into the app ever leaves your device. Everything happens locally, on your phone.
DollarPath does not have user accounts, does not require sign-up or login, and does not ask for your name, email, location, or any other identifying information. We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs of any kind. No usage data is collected or transmitted to us or to any third party.
If DollarPath lets you enter figures (for example, hypothetical income amounts) to see an illustrative breakdown, that information is processed and stored entirely on your device. It is never sent to a server, never backed up to the cloud by the app, and never seen by us. Deleting the app deletes that data along with it.
DollarPath may retrieve publicly available government spending or budget data from public sources to display within the app. Fetching this public information does not involve sending any of your personal information — it is a one-way request for public data, not a transmission of anything about you.
DollarPath does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. There are no third parties with access to your data, because no data is collected in the first place.
DollarPath is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
Under California law, residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, and to request deletion of it. Because DollarPath does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information, there is no data associated with you for us to disclose, sell, or delete.
For users in the European Economic Area: DollarPath does not process personal data as defined under GDPR, since no personal data is collected. No lawful basis for processing is required because no processing occurs.
If DollarPath's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds optional accounts or cloud sync — this policy will be updated first, and the update will clearly describe what changed and why, before that feature ships.
Questions about this policy can be sent to [CONFIRM: contact email].

Nothing in the App constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Figures shown are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any financial, tax, or legal decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ford Telecommunications Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The following terms apply because DollarPath is distributed through the Apple App Store, per Apple's minimum EULA terms:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
